Almost swallowed plastic that was in my food. Also, it took almost half an hour to get my food and they forgot to pack a quarter... of my order. I live in Banff so good thing I caught it before driving an hour and a half home.. Jollibee is good for fast food. The best part of the meal is the gravy. It is very over priced.

Please make sure to provide standard quality products! Broken leg parts are not supossed to be served anymore! And we got 6... SMALL LEGS and 4 thighs in a bucket of 10, why not 5 equal parts? Last month we had 10 REALLY UNDERSIZED PARTS! WE ARE NOTGETTING WHAT WE PAID FOR! I am sure I am not the only who noticed that your parts are getting smaller now compared to before. It was our first time here and we loved it. The staff were polite and helpful. The chicken and fries were piping hot and... delicious. The fried chicken has a light batter and is not over salted nor greasy, [which most take out chicken is]. Fries werefresh and cooked for our order. The eating area was immaculately clean.
