Very busy place which is a good thing but the waitress we had could have done better. Took 20 mins to get a drink. Food was... great and came out fairly quickly but after being served we didn't see the waitress again until we asked for the bill. I wouldlike to think she was new and learning still. I love this location and the ambience. It looks clean and everything looked brand new. The steak with options of onion rings or... fries on the side with two sunny side up eggs and humongous pancake is a must try. I?m just a little disappointed with thebread they used for the turkey melt. For a good meal like that, they should have used a nicer bread. Read more
Loved the old location. We decided to try the new one. Took about 5 to 6 minutes for the hostess to notice us standing to be... seated. The waitress was nice. But she put in my husband's food wrong. Instead of the steak she put in salmon. He has a fishallergy. The gravy was cold, ask for a new one, the second one was cold. Finally the third was warm, it had been clearlymicrowaved. Both me and our little one had finished our food before my husband was brought his remake. The waitress informed usthat she would pay for my husband's food, because she was taking the salmon home for her dinner, and proceed to show us the boxof food. They did remove the steak from the bill. We had to ask for the gravy to be removed. We won't be going back. Read more
Came to enjoy breakfast with my 6 year old ordered a kids chicken and waffles and a breakfast with scrambled eggs. Honestly... worst service ive ever had, meals where wrong, server was no where to be found, where she did come back she dropped our checkoff and walked away before we could talk. Please take into consideration that this is a 5 star rating for IHOP. It?s not meant to compare to a fine dining restaurant. ... That said, The location was clean and service fast. Everyone offered excellent service and the food was good. Excellent valueas well. I tried a super sweet pancake which was delicious but I should probably not have too often. Read more
Good taste, but too greasy. The specialty are the pancakes, good coffee and delicious hot chocolate. Excellent service.
fast, friendly service, small wait before we were seated but wasnt that long of a wait. Hand sanitizer available, Sneeze guards... in place, menu was a slight different but still a wide variety of delectable goodness that Ihop is synonymous for. Veryworthwhile breakfast destination at very reasonable prices. Food was cooked great and staff were very helpful. Read more
