I go to this place everytime I am @ South Centre, mainly because it?s not a heavy meal & more healthy. Just getting a little... tired of not seeing much meat or anything but Kale in the dish. So thought I would be smart & start asking for extra meat &avocados !? Can?t say I see a difference.. if anything I think I get more Kale? Very disappointing since there is an extracharge for both! Kale was not fresh and small portion of tuna, it seems the quality has really gone down hill and the person who made my bowl was... on the phone and distracted. We kindly asked for fresher kale and the guy who took the order said kale is not in season and isfine to eat, all the kale they had was like that? not the response we expected, then went back and asked for a refund and theycould not do this without Manager so they offered to remake the bowl? and magically the kale was so fresh and tuna amount wasstill the same. From now on will only go to the Chinook mall Hula, always consistent quality food, portions and excellentservice. Read more
It's great to see a fresh and healthy place like this pop up in calgary. Very customizable meals and certainly a lot more... healthy than you'll find anywhere else in the mall. Read more
Great taste, I will be back. For me the portion size for $14 is a good value. Only charge would be to make it easier to tip.
Everyone there was so nice, pleasant, and helpful. Didn?t seem too busy when I went so the food was prepared so much quicker... then I anticipated. The vegetable, to rice, to protein ratio was AMAZING. I had a piece of my desired protein (tuna) in everybite. The tuna was delicious and so was the poke bowl. And the definitely didn?t skimp out on the vegetables and give u a ton ofrice, there was an equal amount if not more vegetables than rice. Great poke bowl, tasted great and the staff were helpful and friendly. Nice to have a fresh healthy option at the mall. Had... the Tiki and loved it, will be back for sure to try the other bowls. Read more

Large variety of toppings and sauces (no spicy mayo), quality is good. Regular protein portion feels like it's not enough, and... if you get the extra scoop then it's practically $20 for a food court meal. In terms of value, not really the best, but ifyou're willing to spend then absolutely would recommend trying it out. Read more
