Just read some reviews and felt compelled to write my own after reading a few recent very negative reviews. HnF is so good and... I can't believe the negative reviews from people. First of all, the price is excellent. No increase because of inflation and Ido not notice any difference in quality or quantity (proteins). Secondly they are very fast. 15 minutes and its ready. No MSGside effects. All the dishes have great ingredients, seem spot on for the recipe and taste great. Also service, which ispickup or delivery, is great. very friendly and professional on the phone. Read more

Eaten from here for well over a decade, it used to be very consistently simply excellent chinese food, and like it's name,... always "hot and fast" ... So disappointed today! I live elsewhere, but came to see Mom in Calgary, and decided to order ourfamily tradition local Chinese...disgusting!! So far downhill from past excellence! Still very "fast", otherwise though justterrible! I could go on about each dish, bust basically it all has changed, for the much much worse...the mushu pork sauce forthe one worst example, was not even remotely edible!! I held the full container upside down for a minute like a dairy queenBlizzard when the guy came to drop a new one to show him how bad! Called right back when I realized they had just watered someof the dried stuff down a little on the "new" sauce. No offer for refund, terrible service. So bad, never again. Read more
