Took forever to get food, no napkins, no ketchup, not enough staff and working way to slow. Shouldnt take 30 min to get fast... food for 3. Cleanliness was fine. Food, as always for Harveys, was better than any McDonald's or A&W. Read more

Was here last week , got the chicken burger was the heat I ever had , came this week because it was so good , 100% different ... chicken burger , not onw but both meals, chicken was different and way smaller ... Went here for lunch today (drive through) and ordered a combo plus a couple jr. burgers. Asked for no onions on any of the... burgers, and for pickles to be added. Only 1 burger had pickles (literally 1 little piece of pickle), and another was covered inonions. We couldn't go back as we were on the way to an appointment, but honestly wish we had. Once my partner had eaten acouple bites of his burger (the 1/4lb angus burger) he was disgusted to find a 6-inch long hair in it. I tried calling therestaurant over 3 times and could never get through. You also can't leave a message. Very disappointed with this Harvey'slocation. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Questionable customer service. Cleanliness needs improvement. We enjoy the food here but every single time we visit this spot I... have to ask the staff handling the food to change their gloves. I?ve watched them touch the cash register, go into the lobby,touch a fridge and then handle food. Whats the point in wearing gloves? Read more
No complaints about the food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer service can be questionable. There are... greasy hand prints on the walls and decorative art/signs that clearly have not been washed recently. I visted again a few daysafter I first noticed this and they still have not been cleaned (the same greasy finger prints are still there). Tables are notregularily washed between patrons (garbage/napkins left on unused tables) and there are often napkins squished between the seatsand the walls. I hope the kitchen is kept to a cleaner standard than the dine-in seating. Regarding customer service, it'susually good but the manager seems not to thrilled when accepting coupons. I'm not sure if they don't get reimbursed for thesecoupon savings from the corporate office, but nevertheless it can create an unpleasant experience that I haven't experienced atother Harvey's locations. If they fix their cleanliness practices I would have given 4 stars. Read more
We did not like the beef in the burgers a few months ago and stayed away until now. Service is OK (though I am not sure the... cashier/line prep changed their gloves after handling cash and then started to prepare our burgers). Again, the burger meattasted gross (like, clean your grill tops already). We're done with this Harveys. Read more
First time trying their chicken nuggets.... Well let's just say there was barely any chicken and just a whole lot of overly... crunchy "nuggets" of batter. Won't be having those again... Onion rings were great, and even tho they forgot the sugar in mycoffee it was actually so good it didn't need the sugar! Service was really good, friendly and quick! Read more
