For me, Harvey's have the best balance of taste and value. Those other burger joints don't compare in my opinion. You get a... flame broiled burger with the exact toppings you want. It's the toppings that make a great burger. Read more
We tried to use mobile pickup because we had some coupons, even though we were at the store. Not only did the store completely... forget about our order and we had to tell them in person TWICE (the first person we told must have forgot). We waited 20 minspast pickup time until we got our food. By the time we got home we realized two of the burgers were missing two differentingredients. Also, the app is glitchy, and wouldn't let either of us connect our scene cards. Very disappointed. The food was great and the service was fast but it was not clean at all. Every table was dirty, the floor was sticky, the baby... high chairs were gross, the bathrooms were gross and outside there was garbage all around the sidewalk. You guys verged on greatness. You really did. Those mini donuts were amazing and fresh . And that burger made as I asked cooked... well done was the total bomb for a kinda greasy but great grilled burger. But the last two times the mini donuts were so greasyI thought they were going to make me nauseous. And that glorious grilled well-done burger was only done to cook this time andwas greasy still but not glorious. You guys are slipping fast off of my list of places to eat, I hope you can turn it aroundagain and regain your former glory because I hate losing burger places.
