HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! We have had an awful experience holding a wedding at this place. We paid for a bigger stage, but they gave us... a small stage which is usually for birthday parties and would NOT refund us. The owners and their sister( hauseofposh) ruined our wedding. They are the most rudest, moneysuckers, disrespectful people you... will ever meet. Will never step my foot in habebes. They take the full amount of money don?t do what you paid for and even usebad language. When we asked for the service that we paid for they told us they couldn?t provide that and we have to be ok withit otherwise the doors of the hall will be closed without money return. Read more

They asked me to do a full payment for the hall and decoration or else they won?t book it for our wedding. I did the full... payment in advance and thought everything would go as expected. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. They ruined myentire wedding by informing me in the last night before the wedding that they can?t deliver what we have agreed upon and theyeven didn?t return the money back. When I tried to explain to them that it was their responsibility to deliver the service, Rana(the owner) and her husband started shouting and abusing by using words that I can?t even write it here. They hung up the phoneon us by saying that they would even close the doors of the hall to our guests and no wedding can take place. Imagine how wouldyou feel if the hall owner tells you this just few hours before your wedding? I have never faced such inhuman behavior fromanyone, they are so RUDE and disrespectful. They don?t even know the abcd of customer service, their only aim is to get yourmoney by cheating and tricking! This place is near to my workplace. I go there almost once a week to grab some good mediterranean food. Some of the dishes are... super fresh and nice but some of them are not so fresh (falafel). I would recommend you to try their donair wraps and zatars ifyou are visiting for the first time. Ambience is just ok. Staff is nice, friendly and polite. Read more
