I attended this Elbow location Nov 8th just after noon and ended up getting Food Poisoning from this location. I know it was due... to this food as it was the only thing I ate that day. The most concerning part was that I called the deli after hours and left amessage on Tuesday so I could inform them of this issue. By the next day when I hadn't heard back, I called again. After a briefexplanation the woman asked my name as she had clearly received the message, and not called back. She then proceeded to try andsuggest it could have been something else I ate the day prior. It was only after I told her that I was a health care providerthat she even paid attention to the fact that I knew what my symptoms were caused by. She apologized that I was sick andbasically said the next time I was in she would "take care of me" I assume by offering me a free meal. This is of course notwhat someone wants to hear when they report something like this to a food establishment. It isn't that I think no one shouldever eat here again, it is that I wish the manager on staff would have paid more care and attention to a very real concern. Iwould have hoped she would have showed more initiative by calling me back in the first place, and tried to investigate whatmight have gone wrong. Too late to report to AHS now but I absolutely feel it necessary to write this review. This all couldhave been solved if I was called back by a manager and if they seemed concerned and less like they wanted to blame somethingelse. Read more

We had the best experience with Grumans! We ordered catering for ~30 people for a baby shower and can't say enough about their... customer service and food! They were quick to answer any questions we had about putting an order in, and very accommodating todietary restrictions (gluten free). They also kept us up to date with any changes and confirmation of the orders includingensuring packing was done appropriately for the gluten free options. On pick up as we had such a large order, they even helpedto load up the car! The guests all loved the mini sandwiches, raved about the lasagne and Mac and cheese and the chips and dipwere a hit! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing catering and would we would not hesitate to order again for any futureevents! Read more

Great spot for a deli style meal. The variety of the menu options is extensive. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The prices were... decent, with the different side add ons, it did start to add up. We dined in, however everything was served to us in disposablecontainers. Eating on actual plate wear with appropriate utensils will add to the experience of dining in at this deli. Read more

We stopped in for a Montreal smoked meat sandwich the other day. It was pretty good. Not as good as Myhre's but it's good. You... have to try their home made chips! Outstanding. Definitely worth the trip. Read more

Price: 9-12$ for sandwiches 6$for soup Location: Britannia, parking is ok to find but you'll need to walk a little. Atmosphere:... nice, modern, clean Food: cabbage rolls, soup, sandwiches, breakfast and others I'm missing. The food is delicious, but theportions aren't what you'd expect for a 12$ sandwich or a 6$soup. Which is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 stars. Is itworth a visit? Sure. AMAZING!!! It's the right mix of traditional and soul food. We had the smoked meat and tuna melt finished off with matzo ball... soup, pickles and latkes. ... if we could have fit more in our stomachs we would still be there ordering off the menu. Theyalso have a great frozen selection to take home as well (which we took advantage of!). The staff is amazingly friendly and thevibe is perfect.
