Potentially one of the worst experiences I?ve had trying to order a prepackaged product at an airport.

Service is good and food is just ok (microwaved). I tried their pesto panini and they forgot the pesto. Instead of remaking the... sandwich they just gave me a side of pesto sauce. I would recommend going to the whopper just right across this place. Read more

Total fail. They are a bagel company and they can't even toast a bagel...avoid. If you want to pay $6 for a plain bagel that has... grill marks on it, and they microwave, have at er. Read more

I had ordered an overpriced pesto chicken panini and a coffee after not eating all day due to connecting flights. So, of course... I ate whatever they had but... The panini was tasteless and missing seasoning. And the coffee...only good thing about it was itseemed sustainably sourced? It was indeed more watery than Lake Louise. I am a regular here. I travel weekly for work and constantly find myself just walking straight for this place. The ladies are... absolutely wonderful. They take such good care of me. Regina even remembers what I drink?Which blows my mind with the amount ofpeople they see in a day. Thank you for your amazing customer service here. Name kind of says it all. It's not bad for what it is. They are kind of quick which is nice. But not sure how i feel about... microwaved stuff because I still had cold spots in the sandwich and hot parts. Went back and got a cream cheese bagel which wasstandard. But again compared to many of the other spots the line moves rather quickly and staff are very nice as well. Read more

Was one of the only places in the airport open today. Was so very very impressed with the service! I can not say enough about... how lovely and professional all the staff was!! Social Distancing was 100% in play and they were very cautious of where peoplesat. Very attentive to you as a guest and made sure you had everything you needed. To top off the great experience they had myfavourite cider! Bagel was amazing I was starving so forgot to take a picture of the bagel. Read more
