I used to enjoy going to Good Earth but not anymore. I ordered a chai latte which I have had numerous times over the years and... liked but not this time. It was disgusting and tasted like cleaning chemicals, I could not drink it. My husband tried it andsaid the same thing. The barista was friendly and made me a regular latte instead. The big selling feature here is the sit down space. Whether you're looking to have a coffee with an old friend, do homework on... your own, or people watch, the space is laid out well and the seating is comfortable. The coffee was good and so was the food we ordered. Muffin and vegan chili. The server was prompt and very nice. When you go... in be sure to complain that they charge .50 for oat milk and other cow milk substitutes. The service was pretty good and I liked the atmosphere but as somebody who has worked in customer service myself, I can't in... good conscience give a better review. They are so understaffed. The workers were lovely but seemed pretty overwhelmed and withonly one worker having to both take orders and fulfill them while a line of people waits for you, them seeming overwhelmed wasdefinitely warranted. They need to schedule more people per shift because this is outrageous. Read more
