Awful customer service! Lady who worked today at around 11 am, please learn to approach every single customer whether you're... busy or not. Atleast say hi and say, I'm sorry I have a lot of coffee to make you may probably wait for a bit longer or whateveryou are making atleast I deserve to know of I am welcome or not... keep in mind that we the workers has limited brakes too andstanding there and wait without knowing what's going on is the most annoying feeling. You made me wait for 10 mins standing andyou didn't say anything. You didn't even approach me. ???? I would totally understand if you said in the beginning that youwere so busy atleast I know and I'll understand. But you just gave me a look and say nothing!!! I came to the Emergency Room with a large second degree burn down my leg. The ER waiting room attendant only offered those... crack and shake ice packs which would only last 10 min max. My girlfriend went to Good Earth and asked if they could spare someice, and they happily filled a grocery bag for us. To the gentlemen working cash that night (Feb 18, 2020. 430pmish) , Ihonestly want to thank him for giving my girlfriend that big bag of ice. It helped me immensely during an extremely painfulaccident and I am extremely grateful. Thank you, thank you! Although this isnt about their coffee, this is about their serviceand the people that work there. Zero incentive to help, but were happy to help anyways.. again... thank you so much. Over-priced, mini pastries at maxi prices, clinical (irony) service, and the corporate app can?t be used here. They have a... monopoly so what can you expect. Due to my work I am often in South Calgary Hospital the good earth is really hit and miss for their drinks wife likes their... Pumpkin Spice latte now three times in a row they ran out of whipped cream or mix always just run out a few minutes ago. the guyserving is incompetent or doesn?t care we will never be back. Love that you can get several small muffins or scones for $1.30 or thereabouts so I can try several instead of one big... one--delicious! Also that there is real butter and it is soft. They were out of one thing I asked for but it wasn't a big deal.Pretty sure they charged me for a small coffee but filled my mug (my own that I had with me) full--that seems to be a Good Earththing at other ones too and is a great way to encourage less waste! This place is consistently bad. There is an issue everytime. A few months ago I got a coffee and it tasted like water. I drank... it anyways and it made nauseas. Last time the guy was mopping the floor and then started serving my coffee wearing the gloveshe was mopping with. Served food to the people behind me. Guys, it?s disgusting. This time today he didn?t ask if I need roomfor cream. He filled it up so now I have to wait until it cools, drink some and then put come cream in it when I gethome. Avoid this place guys it sucks.
