Worse chinese i have ever ordered, never again. The beef and broccoli had maybe 5 pieces of beef in it and was only enough in... container for 2 people, chicken and beef chowmeins were 3/4 been sprouts with barely any meat or noodles, salt and pepper porkwas hard as a rock and barely chewable. One of the best Chinese food places to go to around this neighborhood. Food is delicious, serve is fast, and the owners are... super friendly and accommodating. We haven't had a bad experience yet since moving into the area this year and ordering fromhere. (We prefer this restaurant over Ginger Beer that is located around the corner!) Read more

Tried to place an order tonight. Lady who answered phone was super rude, then my family tried which we should have tried the... second time but still did. We were shocked how she spoke to us just for asking if they had veggie options. Anyways ended upordering somewhere else and glad we did because the place we ordered from Bamboo house had really good food and service. I cansee why their reviews are bad now too Read more

My favourite place for when I'm craving sweet and sour pork! Food is made to order so always hot and steamy when you get it.... (Don't have to worry it's been sitting in a heating pan all day). The family that owns the restaurant are always super nice andcourteous to me. Delivery times are reasonable but can get long when snowy and peak hours.Not a big deal if you plan and orderbefore you get extra hangry. If you don't mind getting to pick-up, typically ready with 15-20min depending on size of order. Read more

They?ve lost a long time customer. We?ve been ordering from them for years, food used to be great. My wife and I had ordered two... combo plates both with chow mein. My noodles were not cooked at all and piled over with a lot of bean sprouts. My wife?s werefine as usual but still a lot of sprouts. Called them and they argued that my noodles were deep fried and that?s why they?recrunchy? Never been that way before. Refused to apologize or correct my meal. Gave them the opportunity to call me back aftertalking to the managers but still no admittance of their errors or resolution. Read more
