By far the best sushi in town. Ive been to many all you can eat sushi but this one is one of the best for sure.

Was really impressed with the freshness, quality and flavour of all the dishes. Waiting staff were very efficient and very... friendly. Definitely one of the best all you can eat sushi restaurants in Calgary and I would recommend this locationspecifically between their multiple locations. One recommendation to the chefs in the kitchen, the Pad Thai will taste a lotbetter without chopped white onion in it!(not usually found in Pad Thai) will be coming back again ! Read more

Fusion Sushi Ranchlands was a nice experience for a family Sunday dinner out together. We enjoyed the variety in dishes and the... staff was friendly and accommodating. The sushi was fresh, however I found that they didn?t have your typical choices ofCalifornia rolls or spicy salmon/tuna offered and nothing with roe, no usual rolls really. Even the teriyaki chicken and beefrolls are not usual with chunks of meat and rarely cooked beef instead of the usual fully cooked and thinly sliced teriyaki meatusually inside a cooked roll that we would order for our daughter. The Thai food offerings were okay. We were very surprised bythe pineapple fried rice on the Thai menu, it had a lovey slight curry flavour along with cashews, raisins and of coursepineapple AND shrimp! None of that is in the description so it was a great surprise when it came out. The peppered beef and stirfried shrimp was also very delicious from the Thai section on the menu. We did find that the dessert section on the all you caneat menu was pretty lacking and the green tea ice cream wasn?t good at all. We liked the food but found the price to be a littlebit too expensive for what it was. It cost $95 with tip for 2 adults to have the all you can eat and a green tea each as our twoyear old still qualifies for eating free. I can only comment on the Shrimp Teriyaki Dinner, beautiful amount and variety of veggies, lots of shrimp and rice is good, it?s... sticky rice but mmm I love it. I?ve only ever ordered delivery so this is only half of what you get in the photo! Full offlavour too. Read more

Clean and fast service. The options for all you can eat lunch has been reduced a lot since covid, like specialty rolls, fried... scallops, desert options and such. Still a good place in calgary for asian buffet! Read more
