This store does not accept freshii gift cards but they do sell them at the front. The person in the store said I can only use... the freshii gift card through the app, to which I followed her instructions and successfully loaded the gift card onto the appbut it also asked for my credit card. I again followed her instructions to place my order and it ended up charging my creditcard instead. The person refused to refund me and directed me to email customer support since the order was placed in the appand not in store. I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews but after being patient and following the person's instructionstrying to get everything sorted and I received my order the smoothie was jello-like and tasted expired. I've had many freshiismoothies and I've never had one taste like this one did. I have a feeling the staff member was impatient and may have beenfrustrated so she threw together a very quick (or bad) smoothie. I ordered take out and the portion size was prefect for me. Nice peanut sauce, chicken tasted great and all the vegetables were... filling. The one thing were carrots which seemed a little off but everything else was fine. Thanks Freshii Read more
A little juicy wrap but tasty
Ordered Oxaca bowl, but person prepared it so badly. Was more like a rice bowl, nothing else.
We ordered two chicken kale salads on skipthedishes. We only received one and it had food specifically asked not to be put on... becuase of dietary restrictions. When we called the store the person who answered was extremely rude and very confusing. Oneminute she could refund it and call skip the next minute she could not do anything. She was also laughing as us during the call.I wouldn?t recommend this place at all. I would go to the chopped leaf instead. Read more
Was really craving Buddhas Satay this evening so ordered to go. Got home and was very dry with barely any peanut sauce so was... disappointed but the veggies were fresh and delicious! Maybe add a bit more sauce or perhaps asking the customer might help inthis situation. Read more
Ordered a Buddha bowl. Over all it was tasty. It would have been nice if the warm ingredients weren't colder than the cold... ingredients. Over all I've seen a big decline in the quality across the entire city. This will be my last visit to anyfreshii. Read more
