I had the opportunity to try this Freshii on the recommendation of a friend. I?ve tried various Freshii?s over the city, but I... have to say this location is the best so far! The staff were pleasant, friendly and recommended the dishes we ordered, and thefood was fresh indeed (pun intended)! I ordered the teriyaki twist and the bamboo bowls. My entire family (including my pickykids) couldn?t get enough! I will be recommending this location to anyone who would want a quick, fresh and healthy option! Read more

Lady working at 9:15AM on Nov 25 was phenomenal. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I explained to her that... due to a rough morning I was looking to buy my lunch early and although lunch ingredients were not yet available, she was anexpert on how I could get the best bang for my buck with the breakfast items. Got their satay bowl with chicken. A little expensive for how much food you get. Quality was decent. The food tastes fresh and... it is healthy for you! Service was really fast and had no wait time at all. Would definitely suggest all the vegetarians andvegans to try out as this can do well without having to put meat in the bowls. Portions lighter than usual. Dissapointed with the service. Why skimp on some noodles seems better to keep a customer happy.... Bowls used to be full, now barely make it to the line. Had to get other food for my meal elsewhere never had to before. Noexplanation other than it is the way it is. Probably wouldn't go back to this location. Read more
The staff here were simply wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure our team had a lunch order in place that... accommodated all of the dietary restrictions and even repeated back to me with out my asking (as this order was processed over acouple days). This may seem small but it's a huge win when you are processing an order and not even at the physical location.Jenny was amazing and I shout from the roof tops with praise for her pride in execution of exquisite customer service! I love freshii and I personally love this location.My orders are always consistent, other locations tend to put too much rice in... my bowl and not enough veggies but I always get a consistent Oaxaca bowl from this location. This location does get reallybusy. I always get my lunch before or after the rush. I would assume that this would contribute to the quality of what I getevery time too since the staff is not rushed. This Freshii is the best! Staff are always polite and smiling. Have been eating here for 2 years, and the food is consistently... excellent. They are also extremely quick with making your food, and always willing to fix it if anything is incorrect. Thankyou, you guys are great! Read more
