Reviews for Freshii BVS in Calgary, AB
I have never been to a Freshii before and seemed a good option lunch. My friend and I ordered the fiesta salad which claims to... have the following ingredients: field greens, avocado, aged cheddar, corn, black beans, salsa fresca, cilantro limevinaigrette. I saw lettuce (not field greens), corn and black beans and not much of anything else - the portion size was prettymarginal as well. The salad was completely tasteless and watery. I took mine back and my money was refunded (albeit reluctantlyand rudely) but when my friend tried to do the same she was refused. You see, one salad was already refunded so they couldn'tpossibly do another. Really? Serve good food and you won't be asked for refunds. Serve good food and get great reviews - wasn'tgreat food so isn't a great review. I understand other franchise locations MAY be better but I'm not taking any chances. I just got the Kale Caesar salad at Bow Valley Square freshii. I don't get wear they get off calling this a Caesar. There was... no dressing of any kind on the salad. The kale tasted like it had been sitting on a warning rack which made this dry salad evendryer. Definitely not worth the over $12.00 I paid for it. Read more
This is the best Freshii location in downtown!! My team always goes here even though there are is a location closer to our... office. Jessa and her team are wonderful, they always remember our names and our orders (even though I make so manymodifications). They are also super quick at making our orders. Thanks for the great service, we will continue to choose the BowValley Freshii as our lunch spot. Read more

The food tastes consistent with other locations (which I do enjoy) but they are way too skimpy with portion sizes. If I?m... buying a bowl, I expect it to be full. Cannot comment on anything else on the menu as I have only ordered the bowls. This ismy recent Buddha Bowl, no protein added. Read more
This gotta be the worst Freshii in Canada. I don't even know why I went today again after a few months. The portions are... smaller than other locations and not nearly as fresh. Today I ordered a Oaxaca bowl with chicken, and when I got to the office Inoticed I didn't have any chicken or dressing. I should have noticed but I was in hurry and just shoved the bowl in a bagbecause it was time to get back to my office. So it seems this store is like a scam place, charging for things they don't giveyou as other comments have mentioned too. My Oaxaca bowl today also had a very fowl smell. So I basically just threw money awayand spent the rest of the afternoon starving. I have been to other Freshii locations and I am a regular in the one in my area,because my husband and I like it a lot! We have tried most bowls and salads on the menu, they are all delicious. But thedifference at this location is so noticeable that they seem like two different places. I shall never ever go back, no matterhow strong my cravings for Freshii are. I don't normally go out of my way to give negative reviews... but come on! First time I went there, I asked for 1/2 sauce and... 1/2 kale. It wasn't until I went back to my office that I realized the cashier had charged me for double sauce and double kale.That's more money and the wrong order. I believe in second chances, so I gave them another try... Today, I ordered the Pangoabowl and received the order correctly, but the bowl was 90% rice. There was hardly any vegetables or meat. If it weren't forthe fact that my office is nearby, I would much rather take the trek to the 17th ave location. Their portions and service isbetter BY FAR. Read more
