Food tastes great! Customer service was ok, staff not always that attentive at till. Wait is a bit long sometimes. Burger bun... came squished when opening the foil wrap. Would still come here again! Read more
Give guys is often rated in the top 5 burgers in North America so it is no surprise that they make great burgers. The twice... fried fries are some of the best in the city. This particular location does suffer however from a consistency problem when itcomes to the burgers themselves. Known for the generous amount of toppings that come on the burgers I am always amazed at howinconsistent they are. An example being my burger in the photo had 3 slices of shredded lettuce, so I couldn't say they forgotit but had to disassemble it to see that it was actually there. Read more
Gentlemen cooking handled grease buckets from the floor, iPads, dropped burger flipper on the floor (didn?t use again thankfully... after picking it up) and then assembled my burger without changing gloves. Smelled good on the way home but ended up chuckingit. Not gonna roll the dice. Read more
The shakes are fantastic. Pretty cool with whatever mixin's you want, along with lots of burger toppings. However, the burger... toppings weren't great and the fries (while plentiful) were a bit soggy. Read more
Came in for lunch a few days ago. The young lady that took my order was very nice and professional. I believe it was the GM... that was getting the orders ready and he was so nice. Normally a great location but this is the first time I?ve been in months. Staff was rude to the customer and the new higher he... seemed really unsure of what he was doing. All the while the one staff member kept rolling their eyes at him and visibly showingtheir displeasure. I asked for a lettuce wrapped and wasn?t asked like I normally am ?if it was an allergy?? Honestly shockedat the treatment of the new employee. They seemed really scared to ask question, which should never be the case if you?re new ata job. I probably won?t be going back. And now waiting to see if I get sick. Which hasn?t happened at this location before. Butwould not be shocked if it happened tonight. The employees didn?t seem to care. Read more
