I won't ever go to this location again. I don't mind paying $6 for an order of fries from here because at every other location I... have ever been to you get a generous amount of fries. Usually the cup and then a scoop in the bag. Looking through the reviewsthat isn't common practice at this location. There was maybe 20 fries total in a regular order. The gravy was bigger than thefries. Extremely disappointing. If you go here do not expect the normal order you get at other locations. Five guys in Shawnessy is a pretty solid burger, I had the double patty with bacon and cheese and it was a very filling meal... but I still had room for fries, which are probably the best you'll find around these parts. They also have a very good hot dogas well. The staff are super friendly and keep the place spotless, the only thing missing that day were the peanuts, which is agreat touch, maybe next time. First time ever eating at a 5 Guys. Had a cheeseburger and fries and drink. The burger was very good and messy. I found it was... bigger than I expected, and that's a good thing. Good amount of fries and ok reg drink size. Cost it more than other places, itwas a very nice treat. Would go again. Read more
Hello Five Guys, please remove the arrogant and snotty Filipino cashier girl with someone that has a more respectful and... courteous attitude. She was painfully stuck up and did not respond in a respectful manner to my questions and selection of food. ie. When I ask for a receipt, simply give me one without the awkward laughter. Politeness is quite important in this industryand this female obviously was not properly trained in this art nor was she raised properly by her parents. I will not be comingback here as a result. We had a big order through skip the dishes a few weeks ago that ended up arriving with minimal fries (like 20 per 4 cups), which... if you go to five guys you see that they give heaps of fries. I had called and got manger Matthew who apologized deeply as theywere training someone on fries and it may have caused the lesser fries. However Matthew said next time we came in we could get afree meal. The fact that I didn?t get back in for 3 weeks and Matthew still held his word with zero hesitation and friendly wasamazing! This location has never once gotten my order right... It's almost like a joke with the staff.... Tonight I have a little bacon... cheeseburger with no cheese, the last 2 orders I got a double when I ordered a single and all toppings were incorrect...I nevercomplain about anything but this is getting ridiculous. My husband and I just had a bite to eat at the Shawville Blvdocation in Calgary. The customer service was amazing. It was my... first time eating here and the food was delicious ????, the portions were huge as well. The woman taking orders was so friendlyand always smiling.
