*** GREAT owner/ manager*** Ordered from SKIP and the driver delivered to the house across the street. My husband went out to... look if the driver had delivered to our neighbors instead which was ridiculous as our house was lit up and the address isclearly visible. After finding our wrongly delivered food it was cold and wet. Called the restaurant to let them know whathappened hoping the driver could re-try delivering our food which we waited for for 30 plus minutes. The owner or manager notsure who went above and beyond to re make our food and personally delivered it!!! Thank you so much! Great customer service andtruly genuine with what happened. One of the nice burger places in Calgary. They welcome you with amazing huge burgers and fries. The quality and quantity is... really good. The location has lots of parking space. Seating area is clean and overall the place looked clean. The burgers aregood aswell with good variety of menu options to choose from. I really liked their fries aswell. They were crunchy andfresh. Nice restaurant not our usual location very clean and hospitable. Usual food we ordered. Delivered to our table nice and hot... 5hen I noticed my bacon wasn't on my hotdog so I mentioned it and it was brought to me. Enjoyed the onion rings not oily verytasty as were the fries. Then my wife mentioned they forgot her fried onions on her burger. We just let it slide. Only reason Ididn't give them 5 stars. Stuff happens!!!!! ???? Read more

I'm a huge fan of this place. I've learned however to ask for the meat to be cooked well well done otherwise it's got this weird... goop. I honestly hope it's not trans fats. But with all that it's still an amazing place to grab a real sizable burger and theyuse real cheese, ten steps ahead of 5 Guys. Read more
