Update, the General Manager reached out to me via email. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and offered a solution.... Offered to cover my next lunch to make up for the bad meal I had. I emailed back and never heard back from the place again. Itwas okay eating here, went for lunch. Was craving pasta. They had lunch special for $16. It would have been great if the pastawas served hot. It was cold on the top and lukewarm in the centre. Garlic toast was bit soggy from sitting there too long. Hadto wait a while to get refill for my virgin ceaser. There was only one waiter by himself serving a whole restaurant. He didexcellent. It seems that the management did not schedule enough staff to serve the amount of people in the restaurant. I feelthat it could have gone better if they had enough staff. We have been here before and previously loved the service and food. Sadly this visit was not up to par. Although we were happy... to see a return to Happy Hour, the service was lackluster (unfriendly perhaps?) and my Margherita pizza was under-cooked, lackedtomato sauce and now it sits in a lump in my stomach. By the time the disinterested server asked how the food was, it was toolate to send it back. We'll try again on account of the previous great experiences we have had here. Read more

Manager refused to turn down the music on a Sunday afternoon even after I told her the high volume was causing me pain and... anxiety. This is not a bar, it's a restaurant! I will never go back because they're more concerned with making their DistrictManager happy than they are about their customers' comfort. *Update: tried reaching out to whomever responded and was basicallytold "its's our policy because people always ask to change the music and we can't make everyone happy but we'll try to be moresensitive" so I'm not sure I'll be going back. Awesome customer service from this location - we ordered pizzas and dessert through Skip and our driver delivered the desserts... but ran off with the pizzas. I called the restaurant to confirm they in fact handed the pizzas over to the driver (which theydid). In the end, I asked whether I could just place a new order with our missing pizzas and come pick it up + pay in person,and they ended up making the pizzas for us free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. We've been customers here a fewtimes since I do love their crust, and this awesome experience will have me coming back again. Thank you! Read more

Dani W. made the dining experience here so wonderful. Apparently she used to work in the kitchen before transitioning to the... front house as a server. Her knowledge of the menu is impeccable as a result. Ask her for recommendations and she is quick tomatch you up with the perfect meal! Her genuineness and kindness extends to both adults and children. She was also quick to getrefills on drinks without making us feel like we were imposing on her. The patio is so gorgeous with the varied seating andambiance lighting. The glass wall around provides the perfect sound and wind breaker from the parking lot. The menu has a greatselection, but of course the star item here is their forno oven cooked pizza! The Abruzzo Pizza was flavourful and a bit of kickto it. The kid's menus have great options and include Gelato at the end. The banana dessert is the perfect treat for dessert.I can't wait to have it again! The Lattes here are large and properly prepared. Last night we visited Famoso -West Hill again. ordered two pizza, their Prawn Rose, and Linguine Rose with Prawn (yes two... similar dishes!). All dishes were very well prepared. Our hostess was funny and friendly. This visit a five star and theaverage of this visit and last review is 4 Stars! Thanks Famoso! My Previous Review 4 years ago: We ordered the pizza withfried egg. It was actually a pizza with a pan fried egg on top! Not cracked on the pizza to set in the oven, pan fried andthrow on top. If you haven't been to Italy you may like to believe it's authentic. But Italian pizza would not get famous ifthat was the quality. Overall with a coupon it was a decent dining. Will go there next time I get the discount coupon. Read more

Dropped in for lunch today and threw caution to the wind and got a delightful pizza for lunch. Amazing pizza with thin crust,... well portioned Ingredients. This was a really good pizza! I was surprised to see other menu items listed, I had expectedonly pizza choices - which is what brought me in. If coming with a group I think everyone will find sow thing they will enjoy. Read more
