Very rude staff on cash register. Screwed up order, returned to location to get the correct order. They made order again and... again did not make the order we had asked for. Then was accused of ordering the food that he had given us. Although receiptshowed exactly what we had ordered and he had not supplied. Give this location a very big pass and go elsewhere. Read more

Some of the most disrespectful places I have ordered from. They have no care in the world for walk in, take out orders or eat... in. Unless you from uber eats or something else. They cater to anyone but them. Otherwise goung in is a waste of time cause theywill watch you sit while they fill delivery orders before anyone else. Lost my business. Absolutely nonsense treating walk inthis way. Not a way to keep long standing customers. Pretty pathetic way of business.. I called today due to my bank statement that I was charged twice when My husband bought food for my kids so I called and start... explaining why I called and the Chinese guy answered rudely, he got poor customer service! He shouldn?t be answering a call ifhe doesn?t have good customer service! He is bad for the business! I got there at 11am and they weren?t open, saw me waiting outside and I called and was told he was waiting for his co-worker. ... Left me standing outside in the wind. Didn?t even apologize, I ordered the Sumo chicken and beef teriyaki, it was mostly rice,supposed to be double beef and double chicken but it didn?t seem any different than normal, in face less than normal.
