I wished I would have read the recent reviews of this place. They not only got my order wrong and charged me extra for it but... they also were making wait a long time to fixed their error. Close to $15 for this sizzling shrimp dish, which isn't a huge deal until it's no where close to being average. Barley and I... mean barley any veggies, packed with noodles, very light on sauce when I asked for extra and to top it off the shrimp wasundercooked. The service was friendly, fast and the place was clean so they get the 2 stars for that but I can't see myselfreturning to that location again. Read more

My order always specifically says no mushrooms yet they're present EVERY time I've gotten food from here. It feels like there's... more when I ask for none. What if it was an allergy? Generously gave them 1 star just so I could share how terrible of an experience I have just had. We ordered dynamite rolls on... Skip and, while the food was received quickly, it was beyond awful. The shrimp was 104 degrees colder, 61.8 degrees Fahrenheit(aka, not fresh, straight from the fridge) then it should be, along with crusty rice. Called Edo, spoke to a supervisor and theycouldn't be bothered to either own or deal with the issue. Aside from this issue, the rest of our order was disappointing, tosay the least. I strongly advise against ordering from this location due to the unacceptable quality of food and lack ofcustomer service. This place always gets my order wrong. I ordered tempura, they didn't put in the tempura in the bag. Had to call them for... another time to pickup. I ordered a bento with 1 sauce on the side, there was no sauce! Last time I said sauce on the side, thenthey put the sauce! Seriously? Check the orders and check again before handing the bag to the customer. Read more
