Protip: The subs were underwhelming. Ask for 6 inches of bread instead of the full 12 and hopeful that makes it better. We went... to a market with the Dragon Boat food truck and got one of the subs. For $12 I was expecting something similar to otherVietnamese subs from other places, but this was lacking in filling. I ended up throwing away about 1/3rd of the bread and leftvery disappointed. My go to for pho sate. We really like their pho as well. The soup is flavourful and my kids love the Bun Bo Hue. We usually... do takeout here and it?s gotten a lot better from when they first opened as it was very disorganized and full of errors. Now itseems smooth sailing and we?re glad we stuck with it. This was a major disappointment. We have been waiting for a close Vietnamese restaurant to open and when this one did we jumped... at the chance to order. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The wontons were burned so badly we could only eat thepork center on some of them. The shrimp salad rolls were split open down the center and were stale. The spring rolls were extrahard, and the pad Thai was lackluster without sauce and over cooked noodles. Vast menu and tasty food from this neighborhood Vietnamese eatery. Had to wait a little bit longer than expected but they just... opened 2 weeks ago and are probably still ironing out the kinks. The restaurant itself is super cute and I can?t wait to dine inwhen the restrictions lift. Read more
