Amazing management! I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the store, in planning a party for our soccer... club. We called in a huge order and very last minute because of a hectic week. We were blessed to be able to communicate withJen via phone and email because we knew the store was busy and she too understood that it was chaotic for us to try to organizethe event. We spoke throughout that evening, well after her ?hours? and she called me personally the next morning to finalizedetails. That personal attention in making sure the soccer team was well fed (and with terrific pizza) puts the Auburn BayDominos at the top of our community go tos. Kudos to Jen and staff! Read more
Absolutely brutal. My pizza came cold, hardly any toppings. The cheezy bread was so stale. I called several times, sent emails..... had to fight just to receive a reply and they said they couldn't issue me a refund because "even though it wasn't up to mysatisfaction it was still delivered". Worst experience I've ever had. Will never get anything from domino's again. Work on yourcustomer service. Read more
I order a pizza and two dipping sauce. Delivery guy only gave us 1 dipping, and when I called the store to get another one, the... person on the phone told me it will take 20mins to get me a dipping sauce. I mean seriously, after 20mins I should eat coldpizza?? Ridiculous service and bad experience. Never ordering from this location again. Read more
I have not had Dominos for probably about 15 years so I didnt know exactly what to expect. Ordered online for lunch for pick-up.... The BBQ chicken pizza was almost perfect. I did not order THIN crust but that was the first thing my co-worker asked "why didyou order thin crust, that's not like you". The dough sucks too, pretty bland IMO. It was also quite saucy but I like that, Iwas even going to order extra sauce but glad I didn't. Other than the crust it was great. I also really appreciated that theynever asked for a tip. The online ordering was great. Simple and seamless, wish other companies could get it figured out. I donot like the crust and if it weren't for the 40% off lunch coupon I never would have even ordered it. For $10 I would order itagain even though the crust is blah (the BBQ sauce covered the blah taste) but I wouldn't pay full price for this. Read more
Ordered 10 pizzas for my business and our entire staff for a party this week. I spoke to Jen, the General Manager and she took... my order, and she was extremely kind! I generally always do a pick up from the counter. Today I was greeted by a lovely lady with a genuine smile and immediate... service. Pizza was perfect; fresh with generous toppings. I will continue to support! I couldn?t leave the store without asmile. :) Read more
All I can say is WOW! I ordered from this location and the pizza was fantastic. I got the chicken, tomato, feta and a Canadian.... It was loaded with toppings, veggies were fresh and had tons of cheese. The manager (I think her name was Jen) took my order andwas extremely friendly and made sure my order got out quick. This is definitely my go to location from now on! Read more
Friendly staff at the front, meal as ordered. Delicious pizza that folds perfectly over AND doesn't crack up. Love Domino's... every once and a while, this location is great - plenty of parking àlso. Read more
