Pizza is good. Have order from here many times. However, on this occasion we had the rudest delivery driver. He swore at me over... the phone and in person saying I took to long to come down to pick up the order. 5 minutes had passed from time he called to sayhe had arrived to when I was in front of him. I was so disappointed in the service, I doubt I'll order from domino's again. Read more
I wish we can have a zero star option. Ordered pizza at 12:30 am and was told that within 30 min the order will be delivered.... It?s 1:30 am now and haven?t heard from the delivery guy and trying to call the store and no one is answering. My apartment isonly 10 minutes from the store and it?s been over an hour since I placed my order. Again zero star to the store and I?m neverordering again from this store. Finally the store answered and they were making excuses that they came to my place to deliverthe order and called me. Another excuse they weee making was that they called me and who ever answered the phone and said henever ordered a pizza. People working in this store are big liars, they just don?t want to work. I highly recommend the storeowner to change the staff otherwise your store will be closed soon. I was even standing outside for more than 20 min my patioand I never saw anyone entering my building to deliver the pizza. They are a bunch of lazy liars. Super disappointed that wethese kind of dominos stores still open and these kind of people working in the store. Read more

I tried to order online.....at 12AM. I understand it's cutting it close....but panago comes through even in the last 39 minutes.... I tried to call 3 different times....for the Rundle location. Waited on hold for 7+minutes EACH TIME....getting closer andcloser to the 1 AM mark...to the point where I'm having toast now. Which is fine. But I wanted pizza. If I could give zero starsI would. I'm so dissapointed about your Chicken Alfredo pasta you sent me tonight.. its too dry.. see for yourself in the picture I added... here, I called the store and ask for the new replacement but they reject to replace it and telling me that they check my pastorder and the new crew put a lot sauce on it.. thats totally inappropriate.. You should be consistent.. go check my historyorder from your store.. I know when its totally dry or not. Read more

I have place an order and gave a very specific instruction for the store and driver. I personally called and mentioned to the... person on phone that do not ring the bell and let the driver know to call me when he/she arrives. However, the driver came itwas 1:55 am and rang the doorbell 3 times in 15 seconds. How hard it is to read the instructions?? My landlord woke up in themiddle of the night because the driver didn't care to read the instructions and neither did the person working at the storecare to tell him even after me personally telling them on phone to tell the driver. Got my pizza and it looks horrible. I realize it was a late night order but really it shouldn't look like it was thrown together... literally. I then tried to call and sat on hold for 17 min. Not an over all great experience. Read more
