I order a large size pizza with 4 toppings I get it cold and the crusts is hard, 8 peace of hot wings the wings is dried up and... burn, and cinnamon sticks on the side it was hard dried no sauce for hot wings nor cinnamon stick they bring my order to thewrong address I waited 1hrs and 48mins I pay $44.06. Just went today at sharp 3AM and they offer me pizza. They were just about to close but they still offer me. Really impressed... with their service. Even the employees were really good, very respectful. Highly recommend this place Read more
Due to the overwhelming popularity of this location as international students are infesting at this place, they forgot their... standards and position. I ordered via phone and being put on hold for hours. And Voila! I received bug in my pizza when I callhere she?s arguing with me I?ll complain this for sure to head office of domino?s pizza . Had such a bad experience with this dominos branch. Went all the way from my home to pickup my order of medium pineapple... jalapeño pizza which was supposed to be with extra sauce and cooked well done. Not only did they forget the extra sauce welldone portion; they even forgot to bake the pizza properly. Seems like they forgot to add the pineapples on the pizza whilebaking and tossed it on when they realized. The pineapples are not cooked at all and it made the half cooked pizza soggy. Whenwe called the manager, she started saying that?s not possible. I checked other reviews and most probably it?s the manager Simranwho?s already been complained a lot here under reviews. She refused to send us any pizza and when we asked for her name tocomplain against her, she said why do you think I will tell you my name? This is not the kind of attitude a person should havewhile working for a customer facing role. She needs proper training and need to realize if people are paying for a good pizza,they deserve a good pizza. Read more
I ordered a large pizza recently and they mentioned on the site that it has already been delivered. The pizza arrived 20~25 mins... late. I was very upset and then I saw some other reviews (how the orders are always late). Oh btw they forgot to cut my pizza(not an issue with me, but be ready with a sharp knife just-in-case). Advice to staff : If you want to pool several pizza orderstogether, go ahead, just let the pizza-cooking start late (so you can pool several deliveries together). Don't precook pizza ifyou already know that it is going to sit idle till you get enough customer orders. No body orders a pizza just to be mad a storeand never order again. We expect a warm pizza, not a cold one. Read more
This location used to be good and I'll admit I haven't ordered from here in a while because I forget it's there. Decided to do... so today and I now remember why I stopped going there. I can count the toppings... there are that few of them. With delivery alarge pizza and pasta is almost 40 bucks. Will stick to the local independent places. Read more
Had such a bad experience with this dominos branch . Ordered 2 medium size Pizza. Pizza was so dry and raw even there was none... of any taste in it. so I had to throw out most of it. one of the pizza was totally smashed to one side of the box. When icomplained to the manager she said its always like that. Even the guy who came to deliver was adding tip by himself which he isnot supposed to do.
