Was extremely disappointing food, the pizza sauce was spicy didnt ask for that, the pasta tasted spoiled. And the wings were not... very big and all the sauce was in the bottom on the box and not in the foil. Wont be going back. Terrible food and very pricey Read more
I've ordered pizza and wings several times now. What a great deal! I believe the medium pizza was $7.99 and the hot wings were... $8.99. Pizza was piping hot and very tasty. The hot wings were very fresh and had lots of meat on them. The delivery guy wasfriendly and order was delivered fast. App has a tracker and you can see progress of your order. Ordered from here two months ago, a veggie pizza. They delivered a full meat pizza, we called them to let them know they messed... up the pizza. They offered to send another one but it had already been an hour to receive this one so we declined and theyoffered to save our free pizza for the next time. We called to order our next time and the guy stated it?s not on file anymoreit?s too late to get it. After telling him it?s not our fault he didn?t write it on our file and did not mention an ?expiration?for this free pizza. He agreed to give a discount this time. We went to pick up the pizza order and he charged our us an amountthat did not make sense so we asked for a detailed receipt, he handed a receipt with just the total, and charged us the fullprice no discount. He tried to hide the fact that he did not give a discount and charged us full price. We ended up getting 20$back after being charged total. Very shady and unprofessional. Read more
Ive ordered from this domino's as it's extremely convenient. After all 5 orders messed up, not any more. We don't get the dips... we pay for, get attitude when we ask for them, and argue to get what we've paid for that is clearly on the order. I'm not sureif they need the money for the dip, I'm not sure if they need larger font on the order screen, but what they're doing isn'tworking for them.... or for us Read more
We used to order from here all the time, but the last couple years the customer service and food have gone way downhill. Today... we ordered as treat, the ?adult? pizza has so much sauce on it, the dough isn?t cooked. Yuck. Called the store to advise, butthey were too busy to make a new pizza (the driver was already coming back as his debit machine wasn?t working when hedelivered) they offered me $5 off my next order. Couldn?t do anything else because ?there wasn?t a manager and they were toobusy?. No thanks dominos douglasdale. You have lost a pizza loving customer forever. Read more
Everytime we order pizza here online and pay online they never start cooking the food till I show up today I order the pizza for... 5 I show up ten minutes early like always and I go in at 5 they told me 10-20 more minutes because they haven?t started cookingit.
