Have ordered from this location about a dozen times, usually it?s fine. It?s Domino?s, so pretty consistent product coming out... of here. My reason for the review and it?s rating is that they forgot some items for a delivery order, and when I called thestore to explain what happened, they said the only thing that can be done about it is a credit towards future purchase, or theycould deliver the missing items and charge another $5 delivery fee. They were not willing to refund the missing items. Andthis was after talking with the manager (allegedly). Absolutely terrible customer experience, and very disappointing. I?vebeen ordering dominos all over Canada for decades, and this is the location closest to my home. Going forward, I?ll definitelytry to find somewhere else to order my pizza from based on this customer service experience. Read more

Ok so I went there at 1 and asked them to put Chilli flakes on a pizza, and they were like we have this policy about putting... Chilli flakes ok the pizza. I can't even add any topping to my own pizza... like what!!! and the cashier was egotistical andrude. One thing is for sure, never coming here back again at least not at night time. Read more

Would just be nice if some of these pizza places would double check the orders before giving them out. Ordered extra marinara... for the breadsticks with our takeout order and never even got one with it. Pizza turned out good, breadsticks alone were okay.Would just love for someone to double check the orders though Read more

i ordered a hawaiian pizza from a week ago and wow this place fell off compared to a year ago. Sophie's pizza's are extremely... greasy and the crust is super oily and crunchy which is odd cause most dominos i go to have a very good tasting crust that's notOVER THE TOP OILY and soft to bite into. When i got a bite of the pizza Sophie made it was like i bit into pizza that was dippedin oil, there was very little tomato sauce on the pizza as well so i basically just got greasy bread, pineapple, and cheesepizza. Sophie, your service is amazing in person, but your pizza's don't taste like a domino's pizza it's like i'm eating from acompletely different pizza place. Also, Chaejung the delivery driver doesn't even greet or say anything when delivering and thefirst thing out of his mouth is "no tip?" when i put in a 15% tip for him. What kind of service is that? This place sucks! Try ordering anything off the menu and the inexperienced employees have no clue what their selling. I made a... complaint for the first time thinking it would give them a fighting chance at getting properly trained. The Carless employeesobviously didn?t care enough to learn anything. I spend at least 5/6000 a year on pizza for home and work, I?m done makingordering a pizza this hard! Read more

I've never had a problem with the pizza here and always order with some kind of coupon. However, the one time I ordered wings I... felt ripped off for a tiny portion of the smallest wings I've ever seen. I recommend that you don't order dominos wings. Read more

Came in to this location today after not being a fan of the other locations in this city for both poor quality and... unprofessional employees with the downtown locations. I will happily go out of my way to come back to this location only. Sophiewas so personable and welcoming. Not to mention the food quality is the best experience I?ve had at a dominos yet!! The otherlocations can learn a thing or two from the crowfoot location. Read more
