Went here with a friend who has young children. The place was clean and the servers we had were polite and friendly. They could... handle having a couple more colors of crayons for the kids. There was only orange and blue.... they didn't seem to mind too muchthough. Good was good. Not overly greasy like other times. I had an omelet with the shredded Hashbrowns that were cookedperfectly. The staff are very nice but do not go for the hour prior to lunch time as it takes forever for food to be served. Priority... seems to be given to pick-up orders. Our server kept coming over and apologizing for the wait of at least a 1/2 hour after ourorder was taken. This has happened more than once. Great location but...People who arrived well after us got served quicklyonce the pick-up orders decreased. Perhaps I should pretend I want pickup. Read more
Margaret it?s hands down the best customer service professional we have came across! We have visited Denny?s twice in the last... two weeks and both times we have been provided with the most attentive service we could have imagined. She is great atanticipating her clients needs - brings coffee to top you up before your cup is empty, remembers your orders, is fun, personableand friendly! Went to Denny's to celebrate a birthday. It was pretty much what you would expect. No complaints on the food and the service was... good. The staff seem more experienced compared to my visit when they first opened. Coffee was filled up on the regular. Also,it was relatively quiet on the weekend compared to many a Denny's restaurants in the weekend - so a nice place to catchup withfriends. My only vice is their loyalty program - totally broken - I did have a supervisor there say he would contact me backafter taking to someone but that never happened - didn't really expect him to say that but nice that he did. Great customer service and delicious food. Tried their Salmon dish for lunch and it was well seasoned and fresh! Despite the... previous reviews from when they first opened, they step up the game. As I worked with restaurants before I know some days areharder as you depend on people. Its good to see that they well established now with their team. Will definitely come back. Read more
