Today my husband I decided to grab some lunch after finishing our bank appointment. We thought about having some tacos but then... changed our minds and decided to try something different. We went to Damas Cafe in the food court of Marlborough Mall. We couldnot make up our minds with what to eat and talked with the man behind the counter. Told him I couldn't eat too much salt andspicy. He suggested for me to have the number 12 which was the mixed meat skewer. The meat (both chicken and beef) were cookedperfectly and laid over a bed of properly cooked rice. There was a side of salad sprinked with balsamic and a side of tzatzikiand a side of hummus. He suggested for my wife to have the number 7 which was beef donair sprinkled with sweet sauce, hot sauceand another sauce I can't for the life of me spell. The meat was cooked perfectly, had a the right amount of red onions andserved on a bed of rice. Also with the same sides as mine. We also tried the Kebbeh. The outside had a proper amount of crunchand the inside tasted so amazing. We also tried the vegan falafel. It was melt in your mouth and had a sweet taste to it. Tastedabsolutely amazing. We will be back here for sure for future amazing meals. The staff is friendly and treated us well, almostlike family. Read more

Always a delicious meal at Damas. Enjoy the authentic Middle Eastern flavors. Garlic sauce is always light and fluffy. Fries are... crispy and well seasoned. And the Arabic Shawarma is very satisfying. I will typically get some Kebbeh as a side when I am here, since it is very well made. Thank you! Read more

Fantastic food and the owner was a pleasure to talk to. He mentioned that his family has been making this food for three... generations. It clearly shows. Thanks for an amazing meal. The chicken and beef Shawarma was the best I?ve had in town. Read more

Damas Cafe is a hidden gem tucked in the Marlborough Mall food court. I had the beef kebab platter. The meat was tender, juicy,... well seasoned, and topped with parsley and chopped red onion. The salad included radishes, orange bell peppers, pickledvegetables, and pita chips. The rice, hummus, and garlic sauce were standard. The platter doesn't come with pita or potatoes, which I am completely fine with, since it includes plenty of rice. If you request the platter with two kebabs, it comes out tojust under $17 before tax (a few dollars cheaper than the equivalent dish at Jerusalem Shawarma) and includes enough food tosatisfy the vast majority of appetites. The cafe also serves specialty Syrian dishes for 4-7$, which I will be coming back totry. Read more

The best Shawarma, BBQ kebab and Poutin I ever tried in town. I leaked my fingers after every meal. I also love the beef samosa.... It's well seasoned but not too spicy. I eat here everyday now and I recommend Damas Cafe to everyone like authentic anddelicious food. Read more
