They don?t have hot cup sleeves for their coffee. My senior residents burned their hands because of this. I went to ask for a... sleeve and they gave me a napkin. I asked for an extra cup and they refused to give me one. I asked multiple times and they keptrefusing. I ended up just taking two cups myself and walking away. Read more

Seriously cannot stand when I pay $6 for a peanut buster parfait and get vanilla ice cream with so little chocolate syrup it is... laughable and 12 peanuts! If I wanted a vanilla cone I would have ordered one, stop cheating your customers. Read more
