We had a bad experience with DQ ice cream cake. 1. The cake is not the same as what I order online. 2. There is a stuff like... tape in the cake while my son eat it. 3. I send email to the store but didn't get any reply. Feel bad about this birthday cakewe purchased! Read more

I will NEVER buy an ice cream cake from here again!! The first sheet cake I ordered with a custom image they cancelled the day... of the birthday. The owner said oh just cancel the order because we took the printer for the cakes home. Then the staffprinted the image on a used piece of paper so my sons cake had a dirt bike and Covid policy?s all over it. Now I get one for myhusband and they print his name wrong !! It was written out on a piece of paper and is 4 letters. And when I said somethingthey just looked at me and said what do you want us to do. I have never been treated so poorly. I will drive the extra to goanywhere else but here for cakes. You should be ashamed of the service that is NOT provided here. Read more

Went in to get ice cream for the family and a single burger. Didn?t start off great with the front cashier was staring and... telling us to hurry up and make a decision and when we did she had watched me put in my pin while paying. We got our ice creambut we?re still waiting for the burger when they asked what I was waiting for and I told them my burger which they had said theyalready gave me it even though I was standing at the counter the whole time. When they went to get a new burger we could herethe staff talking about how I was trying to cheat the system that they had obviously given it out because they didn?t have itanymore and I probably ate it and come back to get a second for free. I?m really disappointed in them because I have never seensuch bad customer service when I wasn?t making an argument and just waiting patiently. Read more

Aug 2023 - Just updated this to a 1*. Decided to give it yet another try. Another blizzard, with nothing after the first 1/3 of... the blizzard. ... Blizzards rarely mixed well. They currently try have a buy one, get one $1.99 advertised on the sign abovethe till, yet you still have to mention it or they'd charge ya full price without hesitating. Only come here for the deals,otherwise drive to another location! Read more

I mentioned this to the employee working up front and they were equally frustrated. He saidthat one of the soft serve machines has not been working properly for months and the owners have not fixed it. We have celiac in our family and they always go above and beyondto make sure the cake is made gluten free by replacing the cookie with skor (even better in my opinion!) They have always gottenit right and we know we can trust them to make our cakes gluten free. The cake we had made for our daughters bday (pictured -cake toppers from amazon), came out amazing! So as I live in seton I normally come to this place when I can, nothing to said but nothing possitive... as you can see the pics... I paid 1.25$ to get less than half of gravy when in other places normally is full ( yes I used to work in a DQ years ago), myfavourite DQ ultimate was bad they did not added whatever i asked and the lettuce tasted old not fresh at all the french frieswhere 2 cm long and half of the basket... as a DQ fan i am very dissapointed this time honestly... in any dq i have been servedsuch a bad DQ ultimate like this.. ( the bites in the burger was my son lol) pkease do your best to keep running this place Read more
