Thank-you for working holidays when every otherrestaurant is closed. I know you may not exactly like your job, but you are valued greatly. You are the people we go to when wedon?t feel like cooking. I find the staff at this location incredibly rude and the service is often painfully slow. Last night we went there for diner... after a school event and both my ex husband and I were appalled by the service. When I ordered my daughters hamburger meal Irepeated multiple times ketchup only on the burger. I probably said this at least four times. When we got the burger surprisesurprise it had everything on it. My ex husband went up to ask for it to be corrected and the man at the counter argued with himsaying I never asked for just ketchup and it seemed like he was going to refuse to fix his mistake. My ex repeatedly told himthat he heard me say several times just ketchup. After we finally said we would pay for another one did he agree to remakeit. This isn?t the first time the same staff member has been rude or difficult to deal with so I?m guessing we aren?t justcatching them on the bad day. Read more

For whatever reason everytime i order a burger they dump half the bucket of sauce on it. Theres litterially a pool of sauce in... the bottom of the box. I live not even 5 minutes away from the location and the entirety of both top and bottom buns were soggyan nasty. I think the Business Development Consultant of Dairy Queen Canada for Calgary must be asleep at the wheel. After speaking with... the head office when they reached out to me about my experience at a Dairy Queen in the deeper SW about 10 days ago I thought Iwould try a different location in Calgary. This one has a washroom that is in complete disarray and in need of a renovation.There are closets bigger tha this washroom. There is no way a handicap could get in here. It is strange because mostfranchisors require a renovation every 7 to 10 years to help improve sales and stay up to date with current trends andexpectations of customers. This place is ancient and untouched. The staff were attentive and polite. They were clean and easyto speak with. The chocolate dipped ice cream was a hit, but the banana split was really scint on strawberry and pineappletoppings. The chocolate topping had an ok amount. The banana had some dark bruises on it which I know doesn't change the tastebut doesn't look appetizing. Ordered the double stack burger, poutine and Oreo/brownie Blizzard last night and definitely got food poisoning from one of the... items. I have tried calling the business three times to give them direct feedback without having to leave a Google review, andthey don?t answer their calls. I will not be eating here again.
