Idk what?s up with your guys and closing early all the time & then food is basically never hot , I have gotten my kid chicken... strips here a few times and always less then what I pay for , I have had flat pop/warm from here. Used the washroom before receiving our order, it was filthy, dirty seat and numerous fingerprints on the paper towel dispenser... not to mention flies and fruit flies. When I went back to the main counter to wait for my order (poutine) I looked up. Not oneor two but all of the light covers were beyond disgusting and had several burnt out lights. Finally got our food and sat down toeat. Not even half way through and my wife discovered a hair in her poutine. I demanded a full refund for our food which I didreceive. I do not have the stomach to ever return. Read more

I have to say, I do not like fastfood unless warranted. Last night ordered from you folk much to my better judgement. With... respect I enjoy cooking with my family however there times I quick meal is required. Ordered a meal from you folk. Personallylove DQ. The blizzards, well summer is coming to a close, sorry but they good. I will have to admit, was super good, juicy andhot. Ordered from another location today. Ironically timing between the 2 locations and yes different delivery addresses, yourswhere good and can see the effort. Read more

We have been here a few times as it is the closest to our house. This was my last time going there, ever. It's always a long... wait-10+ minutes, even for just a drink. Today we had tried ordering through the drive through and the girl could not understandor hear me so said to order at the window. We waited almost 15 minutes to get to the window and finally ordered the 2for 6cheeseburgers, and two 4 piece chicken strip baskets. She asked me what we'd like to drink and I said root beer. We neverreceived the root beer, so I checked the receipt and we were never charged for them-ok fine, I suppose. Then we get home to eatand the CHEESEBURGERS had no cheese. Look, I work at a retail drive through store myself. I totally understand that thingshappen and things get missed but there was no sense of urgency, no apologies for taking almost half an hour of our time, or anyclarification on our order. I even felt like I was being a bother to the staff. I won't be going to this location anymore,unfortunately. Read more

I came at 11:01am on March 17th They told me they had no kitchen staff and could not make my order. They also told me we open at... 11:00am i informed the rude lady that was on the drive through that It was past 11am and when i asked to have her managerscontact information she refused and walked away. When i asked for her name she ignored me. I work and usually come here 2 timesa week and I will never spend another dollar here because of the way i was treated today. This is the rude lady that was supposeto be kind and nice but she was rude instead and lost all future business. Read more

I?m disgusted. We have been having issues with orders being wrong but today was the worst. They served us raw chicken strips.... All 6 were raw!! My 4 year old ate some before we found out. The whole thing of chicken was raw inside. When I called theyfumbled with excuses and then hung up on me. Update: my husband brought the chicken back and asked for a full refund. Theytried to argue that the chicken was cooked.....clearly not!!!!!! Read more
