First off, I've disliked DQ and thought they were overpriced for years. But I got some coopons in the mail, so I figured, what... the heck, I'll give them a chance. I regret that choice... -Order was wrong -Food was cold (yes I ate it anyways) -Food was alsonot very good (I couldn't finish it and now regret eating it) -Service was terrible I want my money back, and I will never givethem another chance. Third time here. The first two times I went through the drive through. Honestly, the slowest drive through I?ve ever seen. The... second time, an argument broke out between two girls working. It seems one girl felt like she was plodding more than her share,so they started at each other. This time, I went inside, where I stood for 10 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me. It doesn?t takemuch to say hi, be right with you. I guess it?s easier to completely ignore people. I left before anyone even acknowledgedme. Wont be back here, EVER. Read more

Excellent service, food tasted delicious, convenient location with a comfortable seating area or a drive through. Very clean,... nice modern decorations. A variety of cake selections (including blizzard cakes & treatza pizzas) dilly bars (with a non dairyoption as well) and buster bars. I could see the owners really care about their business, customer service, cleanliness, &quality of their products. A must try DQ in Douglas Square shopping area. Read more

Best DQ burger I've had in a long time. Hot and fresh and served with a smile. Can't beat that for fast food.

We?ve been here numerous times, each time we order the girl who answers is quite rude as if we?re inconveniencing her, and not... once has our order been right. Today I ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard and they literally forgot to put in thestrawberries and the chocolates. Ordered two Blizzards and the lady did not turn them upside down, I called her out on it and refused giving a refund , the ice... cream was very runny and perhaps that was the reason she did not turn them around.
