I understand this place is located on 17th Ave SE, so there are probably many people coming here who cause problems or behave... inappropriately. That being said, I am a well dressed and clean individual and I was treated terribly by the woman at the frontcounter. I asked to use the washroom, I had just driven across the city in snow and ice to meet my grandmother for lunch. Thewoman at the counter said the bathrooms were for customers only, and when I told her I would be ordering food when mygrandmother arrived she said "we can't take the chance that you'll run out." RUN OUT?! YOU'RE WORRIED IM GOING TO "STEAL" A FREEBATHROOM BREAK?! I'm not allowed to PEE here for free, and you're worried I'll run out?! Hahaha this has got to be the mostpathetic thing anyone has ever said to me in my life. Needless to say, I had to pee and my grandma thankfully showed up so Icould order our food and then use the washroom. Food was good, but the portions are much smaller than they used to be andthey're much more expensive. Tables were all disgusting and had old, caked on ice cream and food that I couldn't even wipe offwith a napkin. All in all, a bad experience. Read more
Paid 12 bucks for 4 potato wedge sized chk fingers and 22 French fries. Yes I counted them. Worker did not barely speak a lick... of English. Took 8 tries to communicate our order properly. Bathrooms closed cause of covid? That was over a long time ago. Read more
7pm on Aug 18. Chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. They used Chocolate sauce and there was only 1 strawberry in it.... Everywhere else had strawberry and with small pieces of Chocolate in it. Banana split asked without Banana. Served without whipcream. Got attitude when asked for it. Got home and barely saw any strawberry or pineapple topping. Mostly Chocolate. Avoid avoid avoid! It was a 5 minute wait inside while being first in line and then a 15 minute wait for a bacon burger combo... that didn't have any bacon, tasted like dirt and was extremely overpriced, because the clearly stoned employees there keptignoring the inside lineup and serving the drive-thru! I was wanting to come for Miracle treat day but I'm stronglyreconsidering. WOW. This and the closeby KFC should be friends. Read more
Amazing job on the ice cream cake I ordered for my daughters first birthday! I ordered a ?under the sea theme cake? showed her a... picture of what I wanted and they did a phenomenal job on it! Turned out better then the picture I showed!! Read more
Management has clearly changed. They used to be generous with ice cream. Now I know not to order here. Look at my photos - they... don't even put poutine in the correct box either. They are Sooo damn poor at everything at this location. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Read more
Worst DQ been to yet. Ordered 2 Double cheese burgy combo with ice tea and 7 up through the drive through. First we were given... Pepsi and ice tea. Thankfully we were able to switch it but when we got home we noticed the burgers. The burgers themselves onewas just a regular cheese burger and the second when we asked for no condiments was given with all the condiments and none ofthe other toppings. (Lettus pickles, tomatoes) Only given two stars because the manager was nice about it on the phone butdoesn't help us now. Read more
Every single time I order from this Dairy Queen I always get Buffalo chicken strips it?s supposed to come with a ranch on the... side I NEVER EVER GET THE RANCH my husband even went as far as driving back to the store just for the ranch also very poorpackaging.
