I JUST visited this location and purchased the red velvet cake blizzard of the month. The cashier did not serve it to me upside... down. The marketing for the blizzard of the month clearly says it is served upside down or the next one is free. The cashierapparently didn?t know this & said she had no way of honoring this policy. She offered me a coupon to get an orange Julius for$2.49. What a rip off DQ. Read more

honestly if I could give it less than one star I would have I went there for a hot dog which was microwaved from the fridge not... even cooked properly on the rollers I wanted it steamed like they used to do it nope it was microwaved so I had a microwaved hotdog that I could have eaten at home for free the chili was dried and crusty on top I was extremely disappointed and I will notgo back to dairy Queen for this anymore if I would have known that I would have got my hot dog from New York fries! I drop by here on my lunch breaks, at least once a week if not more. Just for those delicious banana milkshakes and smoothies.... No one does it better in my opinion. The customer service is also really great, once the lady didn?t turn me away as she wasclosing, I didn?t realize they closed at that time and would?ve not held it against her for not serving me but she did, with asmile and it was an awesome experience. I put an order in for a cake pick-up the day before I needed it. When I went on the day to pick it up, the lady was extremely... confused and did not seem to know what I was there for. When I explained I needed the cake to read, ?Keep calm we?re overhalfway there?, the lady wrote, ?Keep Calm we?re Over HaLFway These!? When I explained I was looking for an ?r? in place of the?s?, for the word ?there? she smeared it out and put a capital R in its place. This was for a work event, so not veryprofessional in appearance. When I asked if there was any sort of discount she could give me, she said $1. I've been coming to this location for about 2 1/2 years now. Didn't have many issues other than the typical DQ issues. Over... priced food, lacking quality, sometimes old and sloppy burgers, orders constantly wrong and having to drive back, etc. RecentlyI went there and ordered a meal, and as I was chowing down on my onion rings, I had a funny feeling that I should look down. Ifound a dead fruit fly whom had obviously gotten in their fryer in my onion rings. I pulled him off by his one remaining wing.It was absolutely disgusting. I dug through the rest of my onion rings and found what looked to be an entire roasted fly. Ialmost threw up on the spot. We drove back, the manager gave us a half ass apology and tried telling us it was a BURNT PIECE OFONION RING. Um what!? You can clearly see the legs, it's body, etc. Besides, I was a manager at DQ too...For over a year, I knowa burnt piece of onion ring when I see one. I can tell you they probably didn't clean their fryers out until that night or thenext morning. You can't drain them when they're boiling hot, so everyone else who ate there that day got a little bit of deadbug in their meal. Absolutely repulsive. After frequenting here for this long, I am absolutely shocked and honestly ratherdisappointed to not return, but this incident is unacceptable. I would hope that the owner reaches out and tries to rectifythis issue, as comping the meal simply was not enough to get the bad taste of burnt fruit fly out of my mouth. DISGUSTING.
