Absolutely disgusting buffalo basket meal. Had to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken which is okay but when I opened it the box... fell apart because they poured all the buffalo sauce all over the meal. If I could not give a star at all that would be mypreference. Terrible terrible ???? Read more
Visited this evening and the girl ahead of me inside grabbed my takeout order she must have been in a big hurry but the staff... was great and got my order ready again very quickly! The customer service here is top notch everyone had smiles on and seemed tobe working very efficiently so I will definitely keep returning to this location! Read more
Visited drive thru at Madigan Plaza at 4ish PM Thursday Sept 15. Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 grilled chicken wraps and a... milkshake. Didn?t open the products until we reached our destination 15 min drive away. At that point, starting eating andrealized the meat in 3 of the 4 double cheeseburgers was totally raw (see photo). I don?t understand how whoever made theseburgers could not tell that they were VISIBLY uncooked. Not UNDERCOOKED, UNCOOKED?. ???? The two grilled chicken wraps werefried chicken (honestly they least of our worries). The 4 burgers were thrown in the garbage, so absolutely gross. Above thatwe were in the drive thru for 20 minutes, only to receive raw meat. Very disappointed. Read more
Place has gone down Hill big time. Last time I went here I ordered 3 blizzards all large cost alot but that's fine I knew it... would. Get to the window pay waited and the lady hands them to me. I asked what haokned to flipping at least one or its free andshe said oh whatever with a smirk and closed the window.. Today I go back for a buy 1 get one for birthday coming up order 2blizzards not. Only did they not flip them but I got the wrong blizzard about all together. Read more
Brilliant service here. I had a last minute change to a birthday cake order ? needed it a day early ? and they moved mountains... to turn it around in less than two hours, still with an amazing design. Awesome! Read more
Forest lawn DQ is closer but go check my review there to see the difference in quantity and quality of their blizzards.... Consistently the best and most generous location I have ever visited and walk further to get to. Forest lawn says they areregulated to not fill a small Blizzard to an inch under the rim. Read more
Without a doubt THE BEST Dairy Queen in Calgary!! The staff are super fast and friendly and the cake decorators are FANTASTIC.... THEY ARE SO TALENTED!!! We?ve gotten our birthday cakes from here the last 4 years and are always blown away!! They always goabove and beyond and they truly make the birthdays in our household a great one by the work they put into their cakes. I can?trecommend this place enough!! Read more
