This place is horrible! Ordered a parfait and it was full of salt once I ate the ice cream to the peanut level it was salt, took... it back and they said they could do nothing about it! My son took it back and told them to look at the salt sitting on thepeanuts , they said they are not allowed to do anything about it! I paid an extremely high price for a cup of salt! With today's hot weather it seemed as though a cold treat might be a good choice. And it was with the exception of ice cream... cones. Hot weather and cones don't mix well. You're forced to eat your cone quite fast to avoid a meltdown lol ! Blizzards in acup seemed ideal. Prices at DQ have gone up considerably. For two regular chocolate dipped cones and two small Oreo Blizzardtreats I paid over $24. Now to me that seems high. What do you think? Nay or Yay?!?! Read more

Food is great, especially any ice cream treat. Those are the best ever. However, there seems to be stickiness everywhere.

The food is always made well but there's often a long line and a long wait to get your food. The long line is due to the slow... output of orders. It seems they're understaffed so I don't fault the workers. They're always working hard and trying their bestand do apologize frequently for the wait. They do get orders made accurately and the staff are friendly. The store is alwaysclean, too. They have a help wanted sign so I'm sure the long waits are due to staffing issues so I hope they're able to findsuitable help to alleviate the pressure and stress on the current staff and help them get orders fulfilled faster. Ordered 2 blizzards and a dipped cone for just about $20. Waited 14+ minutes and watched them serve 8+ people who ordered after... me receive their blizzards and dipped cones first, even though I could clearly see my order on the screen as not beingfulfilled. Had to say what is going on to get an "I am sorry" and finally get my order. Terrible service. Won't be comingback to this DQ. Read more

This location has clearly had issues with freezers failing and thawing and re-freezing occurring. We bought a treatsa pizza... and it had thick layers of ice crystals all over it and the ice cream was a terrible texture of clearly thawed and refrozenconsistency. This is incredible that not only did this happen at a place that sells ice cream, but that the product was stillallowed to be sold. This unfortunately isn?t the first time. We got a box of buster bars which had the same issue weeks ago andfigured it was a one-off but clearly it?s a wide spread issue here and the product is still being sold. This store is clearlyin a dee state of disrepair which should have been obvious from the radio speakers that have been broken for months. For thoseof you buying any meat product that should have been frozen - I?d be very worried here. Read more
