As a member of the loyalty program, I was disgusted and outraged by the service. The cashier did not formally study the menu. It... was very slow and took me and my acquisitions 10 minutes each to order. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper so I was forcedto use my hand. The food is usually good and typical of any DQ. The place is run by young staff so the service is not always up to par. My qualm... is the cold dining area. It?s always freezing. Is it just me? Or is it very cold like this at every DQ? Read more
I'm torn writing this review, even tho DQ ice cream is as fake as they come... I'm a fan. Which is exactly why this review is... not a one star. I drove half way across town for my mini Oreo and Reese blizzard, mind you I changed my mind half way throughordering as I intended to order the Oreo and Cookie dough which some may argue as redundant it's a nothing but a staple. Fastforward to the problem on hand... they hardly gave me any Oreos or Reese so I'm just sitting here with a cup of ice cream :( Ido have to say the quality of service aside from the ball drop was 5/5,. The last two times I?ve dined here for lunch I?ve ordered a cherry shake, and most recently a mushroom Swiss burger, and both... times I?ve had stomach pains in the evening and gotten very sick from those items, I have also found a half eaten m&m in thesame cherry shake (which was sadly my favourite thing on the menu, however now I?m worried to order it). Even though I do nothave allergies, I have an iron stomach and usually do not get this sick from food. This is the DQ closest to my work so it makesme sad to see that the food quality has deteriorated so much within the last month. I would like to keep coming here as I quiteenjoy Dairy Queen, however I think someone should look into how the store is operating and handling their food, before ithappens to someone else. Read more
This location is getting worse and worse. Considering the price they charge it would be nice to get a full order of fries or... onion rings instead of the standard 1/2 filled order. The last time I was there only teenagers were working and only one personseemed to actually do any work, the rest just stood around pretending to be busy. I saw my order was ready and waiting but I hadto instruct the one working to give me my food, instead of just standing around and I had to demand my drink cup which was paidfor but of course they forgot. I found hairs in my blizzard that were the same colour as the ladies hair who was making the blizzards, we didn?t get our... drinks, our gravy was half full, we didn?t get the hot sauce we ordered and our food took 10 minutes longer than our blizzardsso by the time we were done eating our food our blizzards were practically melted. There were 4 teenaged boys working, I was greeted after about a minute, the guys were chatting. I placed my order for 2... blizzards. They were so busy with each other it was a about 4 minutes before they started making my food. I got home andrealized they gave me one blizzard that was the wrong flavour. Horrible service. Read more
During my experience at this particular DQ I dealt with Emma. She was extremely professional and kind. When I walked in I was... welcomed with a warm greeting as I made my way to the till. I ordered my food and was surprised at the speed in which I receivedit. Overall my experience here was wonderful. I would definitely recommend going to this DQ and I would personally love to goback.
