Terrible experience today at DQ! The staff here don?t know anything about customer service! Rude and arrogant ???? We decided to... dine in but it turned to a terrible experience! one of the staff had a fight with a customer (+70 year old lady), despite thecustomer left the front desk and took a chair the staff followed her and started arguing with her, asking her to be RESPECTFULwhile she herself was totally disrespectful to other customers with her loud arrogant voice and angry look! I ordered from here on July 10th from Skip. The medium fudge chocolate shake had a rancid whip cream, my sister was having a sip... and then she told me to taste it. We were not able to figure out why the shake tasted weird then my sister tasted whip cream ittasted rancid. Did not they smell the rancid smell while they were making a milkshake. I had to throw away whole milshake. Aftertwo days even my milkshake tasted like rancid. This is a serious mistake!! Read more

I was sorely disappointed on this last drive thru. My ice cream sundae consisted maybe a dollop which barely filled only half or... 3/4 of the base of the cup. Its consistency was flat no usual peak like they use to have. And I think there was chocolate syrupbut it was so minut I could not find any nor scrape any from the bottom. .This was beyond a small size. Mostly likely not comingback here.More ice cream training is needed if they want to keep traditional appearances. Read more
