Terrible experience today at DQ! The staff here don?t know anything about customer service! Rude and arrogant ???? We decided to... dine in but it turned to a terrible experience! one of the staff had a fight with a customer (+70 year old lady), despite thecustomer left the front desk and took a chair the staff followed her and started arguing with her, asking her to be RESPECTFULwhile she herself was totally disrespectful to other customers with her loud arrogant voice and angry look!
