My ice-cream came melted and the people there were very lazy. The ice cream was still good though.

This location went above andbeyond for a second year on a custom birthday cake. They are the only location in the northwest that doesn?t charge extra foradding an image and they have the most options for icing colours and lettering. A++ for making ice cream like you?re known for,can?t speak for your hot food and patience of answering 100 questions during a weekend rush ???? This location deserves betterreviews. Read more

I don?t like giving bad reviews, but this is only for the employees you have working for you over the weekend around 3pm. Rude,... inconsiderate and do not know how to speak politely to customers. If the customer is unsure on something or asks for just a bitmore of something then guide them and not be rude. I wasn?t the only one there at the time who wasn?t impressed.
