Went for a simple late night meal after a day of traveling, one single combo, went to get my pop, no ice. So the pop is warm,... offered ice to water my drink down. Not understanding that the pop machine uses the ice to cool the pop, meaning I only putlight ice as to not water down my pop... so I asked for a refund on the drink and fries as I no longer had a drink so no combo,the confusion and dismay from everyone working was almost comical, the girl I asked just didn't understand, asked another girlwho then told her to speak with their manager... few minutes go by of this girl in the back trying to explain the entiresituation from the beginning. At this point I'm just done and asked for a full refund as this entire thing was a joke, theylooked like I took the food right out of their mouth, so much so that the "manager" and I quote "I do not know how to refundback to your card, I have to give you cash" I paid visa so this was kinda annoying. Long story short, find another DQ thisplace was a wreck. Plus $15 for one combo is outrageous, go to five guys for these prices. Read more

First tried to use a coupon and was told they don't have a scanner to use for the app. Then used a coupon for a 6 piece meal and... was given 4 strips when the box was clearly marked for 6 strips. The fries weren't cooked with old oil. Worst DQ I've ever beentoo. Update- generic response to complaint. What happened to honest business. Read more

Being from UK we're not used to DQ. The double cheese burger thing was really good. The rest of the food and service was good.... Even the smallest Blizzard was enough for one person. A medium drink here is the same as a large in the UK. Not sure on thearea/ neighborhood but there looked like a few drug runners in there or people I wouldn't trust. Read more

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. I ordered a cake for pick up and they forgot about it and would refund me! Disgusting... establishment, I got hairS (yes, multiple) in my food! Staff were extremely rude. The floors looked like they haven't beencleaned in ages, they were covered in old ice cream and crusty fries. If the front of the store looked like that, I can't evenimagine the back... DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. There were ants in the bathroom and i saw flies dancing near the grill!! Quitehonestly a health hazard in my opinion. And the staff won't do anything to fix it when I complained. I tripped onto the floorand felt germs crawling onto me. Staff just laughed at me. The employees here are very friendly, professional and hardworking. As always in customer service jobs they have to deal with... very unfriendly, verbally aggressive/rude customers, and I've seen them handle it with grace and integrity. I stopped here for a quick ice cream cone but noticed what the person ahead of me ordered which looked awesome and I quickly... changed my mind. So I ordered a large caramel sundae and was super impressed with how much flavoring the server squeezed on it. And it was hot caramel sauce to boot, very tasty indeed. Fair price and large portions, I'm definitely returning here totantalize my crave stricken tastebuds as soon as possible. Lip smackin' goodness!
