No drive through. Clean, lots of room inside. Good is good, though a little slow at times. Par for the course for fast food.
Ordered from them off skip, asked for puppy icecream to be sent with my order and they refused to send it saying it because... there was no code to charge me for it. I have ordered from them previously and received puppy icecream no issues and withoutbeing charged, I've gotten puppy icecream from other dairy queens and have never been charged for it. Beware if they charge youthey're ripping you off then! I'll order from the other locations next time! Read more
Very rude customer service. The lady (I believe she is an Asian) called the number my sister have in her receipt but apparently... she gave a wrong order to my sister and she still has the audacity to get mad at my sister because my sister took the ice cream.Instead of saying sorry, she walk out and told the other lady(worker) to assist my sister. Ordered 2 burgers, a kids meal, and some blizzards. Some of the fries were still frozen, everything was cold to the point that... the cheese that was on the burgers could not melt because it was most likely warmer than the burger. Ordered a Sunday with thekids meal and found out when we got home they charged extra for the chocolate sauce on that as I guess a fudge Sunday doesn'tinclude the topping. We love the menu here. Whether it's grilled burgers, chicken strips or cool ice cream treats it's affordable and the service... always friendly and quick. The restaurant was not very busy and was clean and seemed organized. Our food was hot and deliciousand our dessert was great also. ???? Read more
