I said ketchup only, lady said it back to me , I got pickles only ?. I asked for a bottle of water and I got a cup of water but... they made sure to charge me the combo still . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We went in at 7:30 pm and didn?t get out of there until 8:11 pm. The employees didn?t rinse off the... blender after wash use, in the whole time I was there I never seen them rinse it off, my strawberry shake had no flavour, and nowhipped cream, my husbands blizzard was super soft and mushy, was melted by the time we reached the door. Not good. Menu is missing items. On top of that menu has items that aren't sold. On top of that I more often than not get items... not mixed well. On top of that you will wait 7-8 minutes per car more often than not. I drive to the next nearest location andsave more time than if I entered this drive thru. Read more
Parked and went in to order takeout for father's day and no one was in line inside. Waited for 10-15 minutes to order and was... completely ignored. Staff looked at me several times but no one took my order. I put the box of dilly bars back and walked out.I will never go to Dairy queen again.They obviously don't value customers so won't be purchasing anymore boxes of dilly bars andwill make our own banana splits. I own a business in Calgary and know the difference between service and bad or no serviceconsequences.Dairyqueen lost this customer for good and probably many more. I'd suggest no one use this location. You'll getyour order taken and provided faster if you drive across town to a different fast food outlet. Read more
I loove dairy queen blizzards and specifically the choco brownie extreme but this location is never consistent with the toppings... and not mixed well.. I got a large one and it literally was just chocolate ice-cream with barely any brownies in it when thename itself says brownie extreme lol and barely any chocolate bits. Probably won't be going back to this location as it happeneda few times already. Read more
