I always find that the service is relatively slow at DQs, so if you are in a hurry...Avoid! In general, the quality of food,... both hot and cold, is mediocre. DQ always comes out with fun flavors which is really the only thing that keeps me comingback. Tonight I got the new cinnamon roll center blizzard and while the flavor is good, the ice cream is way too soft. When Igot home I had to put the remaining ice cream in the freezer to harden. The last couple of weeks, the birthday girl was obsessed with doodling watermelons. On Sunday, August 21, I decided to get her ... a DQ ice cream cake. Went to go get a late night snack at 10:15pm with my 3 y/o autistic twins and their dad... we got 2 BBQ chicken snack melts, a... banana split, a triple chocolate brownie, and a lemon lime slush ...there was a crimpled up napkin in the first snack melt werefused to eat the second one. Saliva in our icecreams and we didn't even think about touching the drink. It was absolutelydisgusting. We r Never going back there and suggest nobody else goes there either. Read more

We bought a birthday cake for our son back in Apr. 2022. The service we got from a female was terrible. Back several years ago... this was our favorite DQ but obviously good help is hard to find. The short overweight Filipino guy should honestly learn somemanners as he was trying to screw us out of a Free Dilly Bar after we did the online survey. He is an a--hole (sorry about myFrench). Another older Filipino lady resolved our situation and she earned the 2 stars otherwise you guys earn zero stars. Ifyou had more employees like her we would gladly give you 5 stars in the future. That overweight guy should go work somewhereaway from people because he obviously hates customers. We are also Asian Islanders and we are obviously not prejudice! Read more
Who doesn't like ice cream especially on hot sunny days? Of course, the prices are not what they used to be in the good old days... but what hasn't gone up? I'm glad they absorbed the Orange Julius franchise as I really enjoyed those drinks growing up. Read more
Be WARNED. I mean it’s DQ right, how bad could it be?? BAD. As in there were three customers that had there orders messed up... horribly while we were waiting for our food. No effort was made to make up for the mistakes. Our food took 20mins to get to usand our ice cream was pretty melted when it arrived. Other wise our order was fine. But it was stressful just being in thatenvironment. I feel bad for the staff, it’s clearly being run really poorly. Really hope they take action and make some bigchanges. Read more
Pay for onion rings get fries. Only person there don't know how you mess that up when there's 5 people working there.
