I wish I could give 0 stars. Staff at counter does not even say hello. Toppings on blizzards are little to nothing & I always... have to ask and pay extra for what would be a normal amount. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday tonight with cookie dough on top & Igot 5 cookie dough bites?. They are so cheap. I would rather drive to sage hill & I live 2 minutes from this location. Don?trecommend. Staff was very rude, my order was cold and raw and when I tried to return it I was told they couldn?t do that. I?m not sure... what kind of training is offered at this location in food handling and customer service but I will be avoiding it from now on.If ZERO stars were possible I would give them that. I will be honest, I didn?t realize what I was ordering and yes this is an ice cream place, i didn?t know this place doesn?t do... the deep fried chicken. Just ?rotisserie style? chicken bites, basically salty rubbery chicken I?m pretty sure she heated in amicrowave. About a minute after I ordered I realized what it was and asked her if I could change it, her response was ?no thepayment already went through so?? I?m fairly certain I caught her before she started the food so nothing would have to bethrown away. Also they do not serve fries?
