It?s like after I gave a good review, they decided to cheap out on everything. Chocolate for dipped cone was so watered down,... the ice cream was sweating out all over me. Husband?s blizzard was given to him with a lid; normally they flip it upside down toshow it?s thick, but they didn?t. Found out why when we got in the car. It was practically liquid. Not going back. I purchased an ice cream cake yesterday for today, I picked the cake up took it home where my daughter and 5 other children were... celebrating. As I handed each child a piece of cake each one started saying it tasted funny, I cut myself a small piece to trythe icing tasted sour. Immediately I packed it up and brought it back to Dairy Queen, I was told the manager was not availablebut he will call me back. A few hours later the manager contacts me and says we ate half the cake and he cannot help me. I triedto explain I had given it to party guests and asked if I should have brought back the other pieces. Manager just said I can?thelp you all I can do is give a $5 coupon ???? for a $30 cake. The server was nice and said hello when I walked in BUT everything else was not good. I had ordered a chicken strip basket BUT I... used a coupon and got a very small portion that was cold! Sorry but this Dairy Queen is the most poorly run DQs that I?ve ever seen. Takes forever with the order and when you get it. It... is usually wrong. It too bad because it is located right in my neighbourhood. I am willing drive 10-15 mins to the next DQ toavoid this one altogether.?? Read more

Worked here once, they treated me, the staff and the customers like garbage. The bathroom with the "out of order" sign is fully... operational, and is just for staff, because they feel like they are better than the customers. Please use this bathroom as it iscleaner, and you are legally allowed to use either bathroom. Thanks Raj :) Read more

If I could give it 0 stars?worst DQ in Calgary I asked for a Strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake, I got charged... for a medium size $9.14 and they did not even added the extra. When I went back they says that they added it just it got allblended!!! Well I do not think it was done properly because I usually have this item in any other DQ and you can scoop thecheesecake chunks so they did not want to remake it because they did actually added. The manager was so rude and had no customer relation. The door has no exit signs when I tried to get out of the door, the ice... cream I bought fell off the tray because they did not seat it inside the tray properly. She refuse to replace it that it wasnot their fault and was very loud and obnoxious. I will not recommend the place . Read more
