We ordered a cake and cupcakes from this location for my sister's birthday in September 2022. The ordering process was easy and... the order was ready as soon as we were ready to pick it up. The cake and cupcakes looked lovely as well. My sister ended upgetting sick the day we were meant to celebrate so we had to postpone by 2 weeks. We did freeze this cake so we could enjoy itwhen we were ready to celebrate and the quality was still great. The cake and cupakes however are incredibly rich and sweet anda little difficult to eat due to the richness. If that's your thing then 5/5! We weren't super blown away though. Read more

Placed our order and picked our time with no issues, cupcakes were delicious as well and loved by our daughter. They sent out a... pre-written message saying we had until 6pm to pick up, which was great as my wife ended up running into issues and couldn't getthere by our picked time. All good until 3:30 when we get a call saying that they actually close at 4pm that day and we now had30 minutes to get there. So now the decision, do we leave work early and screw a client or screw our daughter on her birthdaycupcakes? The sad part is my wife and I have both used crave for business purposes many times as well as personally. I guessit's time to find another dessert supplier who cares about their clients enough to not just send out a pre-generated messagesand put their clients in an unnecessary position when they realize they messed up. I?ve been purchasing cupcakes from Crave for years and their quality, taste, and customer service has always been consistent. I... mistakenly put the wrong pick up location for my online order. The staff was very understanding and simply refunded my onlineorder, contacted the other location for me, and made me a new order here. I was grateful that the staff knew what to do in thiskind of situation instead of sending me to the other location. Of course this was only possible since my order wasn?tcustomized/speciality order and they had the products in stock - so keep that in mind. Overall it was a positive experience eventhough I made an error. I will definitely be returning to crave in the future knowing that they maintain a high quality ofproduct and customer service. The owner was so kind and was able to accommodate my very very short... notice request for writing a special message on a cupcake- I am so thankful that she was able to do this (which I know is myfault for being last minute) . Great place to bring kids. A little too sweet for my preference, but is a good treat once in awhile. If you go near closing,... there will not be a lot of selections left. I would call beforehand to reserve a couple. On the pricier side, but expected asthese are ?gourmet cupcakes? Read more

I've been working some long days, so thought I'd bring my wife home her favorite baked good. These are so good, I can get away... with lackluster birthday gifts. My favourite is the red velvet, I always thought I disliked red velvet, but that cream cheese...Wowza. My wife loves the chocolate with raspberry icing. That's my second choice. Read more
